New start and progress

Heaven and Earth - Roses

Here it is the end of another week and also a start.  I have been able to find some time to stitch but again not quite as much as I would have liked.

Roses - Heaven And Earth Designs - this piece got a little bit of a start this week and it is going to take quite a while to stitch.  It is an outline but the piece of fabric that I am using is 30 inches by 33 inches so yes a rather large project.

Roses - September 29
I have been able to put a little bit of effort in on this project this week and hope that over the next little while I will be able to start to see some more progress on it.  I am not sure how long it is going to take me to finish this project but I know that it is going to take me quite a bit of time to get it done but that is fine with me.  I have a spool of black floss that I will be using for this project because there is a lot of black stitches but at least I know that I should be able to get some of it done.

This is one of the Heaven and Earth design patterns that I own and I have also added a wish list to the website so that I can track the projects that I would like and also it is a means of giving people a list of the projects that I would like.  I would love to see the list a little shorter but I am currently going to wait for a while before I purchase another pattern because I have a few that I want to work on.  If someone else buys me a pattern I won't complain but I am just going to wait for a while before buying another pattern.
Temperature - September 23rd

Temperature - now here is a project that is getting most of the attention over the last while.  I am still trying to get it caught up which is taking me longer than I thought to get it done.

Temperature - January - August
I have now been able to get all of August done which is great and I hope that through October I will be able to work on getting all of September done and most of October completed.

Temperature - September 29th
One thing that we did this month was to take of picture of the entire design after I had finished August.  This gives you an idea of the entire size of the piece as well as all the different colours that are making up the design.  I am now two-thirds of the way through the entire year and am looking forward to seeing what colours will be added through the rest of the year.

Linen and Threads Mystery SAL '18 - October - so the October section of the Mystery SAL was released this morning and I quickly downloaded and printed the pattern.  I wanted to see if I could at least make a bit of progress on it today and that is what I did.  The bubbles don't look very good in this picture but I added a little bit of glitter to them so that they look a little more like bubbles.  I will see what else I add to the mermaids because I would like to see if I can make them look a little different.

Linen and Threads Mystery SAL '18 - September 30
The October piece is bigger than the September section so it is going to be taking me a bit longer to get it finished but I don't mind that.  I am really enjoying this entire project and am looking forward to seeing it completed by the end of December.

I hope to be able to spend some more time working on this project the next week but will have to see how things go.  My work schedule is pretty busy early this week so that means that if I can get stitching time in, it will be later on in the week or on the weekend.

So this is a very busy week for me so I am not sure how much stitching I will get done until the end of the week but I hope to be able to get little bits of time in when I can.  I hope to work some on Temperature this week as well as Mystery SAL but we will see.  Hope everyone is getting their crafting time and are enjoying it.  I know I enjoy my crafting time when I have it.
